How the math works

Each ingredient amount is multiplied by the serving count. For stirred batches (Old Fashioned, Negroni, Manhattan), chilled water is added to mimic the 20–25% dilution from shaking/stirring with ice — so you can serve straight from the bottle over a single big ice cube without the drink being too strong.

Shaken citrus drinks (Margarita, Daiquiri, Sour) should NOT be pre-batched with water — citrus loses brightness within hours. Batch concentrate only, add citrus + ice fresh per round.
